    I truly enjoyed convenient placing of climate control, a laptop-size safe, and an iron in the double room. The breakfast was GREAT exactly as I hoped, with fruits, juices plus American food. Great service was provided here.

    I truly enjoyed being there, the place is quiet.

    the beds were extremely comfy and the rooms were quiet and outstanding. the airport was 1 km away from here, beautiful location. you could walk to shopping centres and supermarkets.

    Everything was great, outstandingly accommodating stuff, amazing location not far from coffee shops, a taxi and a supermarket. Loved the room with nice bathroom, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. This was a such great stay, fair prices.

    I was conveniently close to Parque Seminario, a perfect spot for a stroll and enjoying nature while being just over 3 km away from the bustling Malecon del Salado waterfront, ideal for landmarks and city views.

    Had a lovely stay! The breakfast is delicious, and I enjoyed lounging by the outdoor pool after a long day. The gym could use a little improvement, but it didn't dampen my overall experience 😊

    The staff was attentive.

    I was very disappointed with my stay. The air conditioning unit in the bedroom was dated and unbearably noisy. There was no privacy in the swimming pool area, as it was like an afterthought with no screening . It left a lot to be desired.

    The staff were very accommodating, especially when we ordered room service. The chicken soup and house burger hit the spot after a long day out with our small kid.

    My kids wished there were more activities specifically for them.

    Had a blast with my friends! The airport pick-up was super convenient. We explored the beautiful mountains nearby, taking in fine views. The location made it easy to access everything. Breakfast was decent, and the staff were friendly. Definitely a great spot for group vacations.

    The air conditioner in our room was really noisy, hard to sleep well.

    Had a really nice time at this hotel. The room was comfortable with air conditioning, a tv, and nice toiletries. The pool had a great view and was super clean. I loved the spa facilities. Staff was attentive and really helpful! Breakfast included tasty options too.
